The actor has been judicious about his film choices and that in turn helped him prove his mettle as an actor.  So much that he has some exciting projects like Sam Manekshaw, Ashwathama, Takht  and Yash Raj Films’ untitled comedy, coming up. Recent reports suggested that Ashwathama will go on floors in April 202, Takht too is expected to begin some time next year. Sam Manekshaw has been shot already.  Now, it looks like the actor has begun prepping for the YRF project.  He was snapped at the production house’s office yesterday, just hours after his co-star in the film Manushi Chhillar was clicked there too. Hungama, that released in 2003, starring Paresh Rawal, Akshye Khanna, Aftab Shivdesani and Rimi Sen was a big hit. The laughter riot was directed by king of comedies Priyadarshan and dealt with a comedy of errors that occurs between a husband and wife due to an unemployed girl.  Now back after seventeen years, Priyadarshan is all set to bring the sequel to the film. An entirely separate story line starring Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty, Meezan Jaffrey and Pranitha Subhash is underway. Manushi Chhillar is all set to make her debut with Prithviraj that is produced by Yash Raj Films. Directed by Chandrapakash Dwivedi, the film stars Akshay Kumar in the titular role, opposite the young Miss World. Based on the life of King Prithviraj Chauhan, the film will be a big budget periodic drama. The film started with its first schedule in November 2019 and a song was shot for the same this year.    When the pandemic hit, the next schedule of the film was postponed. Manushi is now prepping up for the schedule as the film will be going back on floors soon.
