Karwa Chauth is the annual festival in the Hindu religion where women fast for a day for their husband’s long lives. While festivities differ from place to place and person to person, the vibe, colour and joy of the festival remains a constant for all. The full moon driven festival was celebrated with utmost zeal by some of our favourite celebrities in B-town. 

Clad in the bright colours of the season, Anushka Sharma, Raveena Tondan, Shilpa Shetty, Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sunita Kapoor and many more celebrated this festival and how. Not just the ladies, husbands like Ayushmann Khurrana were part of the fasting as well. While his gesture to fast for wife Tahira made us all gush over the actor, Anand Ahuja convinced Sonam Kapoor to not fast and spend the day with him, eating and working out. Anushka Sharma celebrated her first Karwa Chauth with husband Virat Kohli and the pictures are to die for.
