Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was snapped with her mother Vrinda Rai and daughter Aradhya outside a hospital today. She was caught by the paparazzi before she went in to attend an event in commemoration of the Day of Smiles. Aishwarya is the global goodwill ambassador of Smile Train India that marks its 20th year today. 

Aishwarya was received with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and posed for the paparazzi before heading in for an interaction. Check out the pictures of the actor with her mother and daughter, wearing her most beautiful smile at the event.
