Kareena Kapoor Khan is currently expecting her second child and she has been glowing for sure. Bebo already has Taimur Ali Khan and now a second one is on the way. She is making the most of her time these days as she went on a long holiday to Dharamshala with Saif and Taimur. Today, the shutterbugs snapped Kareena as she stepped out to meet Karisma Kapoor.
