Pictures: Alka Yagnik and family celebrate Durga Puja

Durga Puja is a time for celebration and singer Alka Yagnik agrees. The songstress was photographed along with her family at a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai’s Santacruz area. Alka Yagnik wore a lovely red salwar kameez with an elaborate dupatta which was embroidered with red and gold. Alka wore heavy gold jewellery for the event and kept her hair loose. The singer posed for the photos along with her daughter Syesha Kapoor and husband Neeraj Kapoor. Today is Navami which is celebrated as the ninth day of Durga Puja. It comes before Vijaya Dashami which is the last day of the festival.
