Shamshera teaser: Ranbir Kapoors intense warrior avatar will leave you speechless. See pics

The first teaser of the highly anticipated film Shamshera is out now. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Vaani Kapoor and more, the film is a period drama set in the 1800s. Its plot revolves around a tribe of dacoits who go up against the British rule in India. Ranbir Kapoor plays a tribal hero and the teaser offers our closest glimpse at his intense look for the film.

Ranbir Kapoor has a rugged look with unruly hair and an unkempt beard in Shamshera. The teaser sees him as a formidable force as she rides out with his battle axe. In another shot, he wields the axe against a British officer. Every shot of the star comes as a revelation and he almost looks unrecognisable.
