The Archies: Makers drop new stills from the series in a fun video

The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar, is one of the most anticipated films for a variety of reasons. The upcoming film adaptation of the globally popular comics features a stellar cast of young stars. Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan, Boney Kapoor's daughter Khushi Kapoor, and Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda will all make their film debuts. The official teaser, which was released last month, sparked a lot of interest among Indian audiences. The OTT platform where the film will be released today released some new reels of the young actors.

Today, the platform's official social media handle released a video featuring new stills of the young actors. The post's caption reads: "Hear that sound? That’s not the rain, it’s The Archies’ drip"

The Archies is an adaptation of the iconic comic series, and the creators have kept almost all of the original elements, which will take viewers on a nostalgic ride. Riverdale in 1964 is the setting for the musical drama. It will be available on OTT by the end of this year.
