Imtiaz Ali visits the Filmfare office

Imtiaz Ali. The director who loves love and whom we all love to love. It was a special day for Filmfare to have the talented filmmaker amidst us as he chatted informally on all that makes his world go round. What began as a friendly request from our editor Jitesh Pillai, ended in the director dropping in to regale us with his insights on life, filmmaking and his journey.

Everything from Deepika Padukone’s sensitive skills during Tamasha to Ranbir Kapoor losing himself in the character he played in Rockstar were discussed. Not just that, the director also took digs at his friend cum foe Anurag Kashyap. Kashyap and he are like chalk and cheese when it comes to the jargon of filmmaking. But as artistes they are soul-twins. Imtiaz discussed his experience of working with superstar Shah Rukh Khan in Jab Harry Met Sejal as well. He also revealed that he’d love to go back to directing a play soon, because that’s where it all began for him.

Tiger Shroff steps out for dinner with sister Krishna Shroff and good friend Disha Patani

We have heard this often that Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani who are super fitness freaks, get to cheat on their healthy meals on Sunday. The two in pre-Covid days used to often step out for Sunday lunch at their favourite eatery in Bandra. Looks like now that life is gradually coming back to normal, the hunk is back to his Sunday ritual with some changes. Last night the paparazzi clicked Tiger Shroff stepping out for dinner in Bandra with sister Krishna Shroff and Disha Patani in tow. The actor was seen in his casual avatar opting for basic trousers and a white tee. But the girls set out for their dinner looking absolutely stunning and soaring the temperatures. Krishna Shroff who’s equally into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle opted for denim shorts and a tank top. Disha Patani flaunted her hourglass figure in a leopard printed crop top and a beige coloured skirt.  Tiger Shroff will soon start working on Heropanti 2, while Disha Patani has a release in the coming months...

Ranveer Singh and Rakul Preet Singh jazz up the airport paparazzi scene

There was a time when the airport looks gave us more glimpse into what is into fashion and what are the current trends more than the runway. Well, our celebrities always make sure that they are impeccably dressed when they step at the airport, to make sure that they make heads turn and look their best.  Well this weekend Ranveer Singh and Rakul Preet Singh both decided to jazz up their airport look. Ranveer Singh as usual went for a quirk twist to his attire. He had a branded zany attire with the perfect shades and his long hair completing the look. The actor was zooming off the city and made sure that he uses the opportunity to dress up and play it cool. Rakul Preet Singh was seen this morning opting for a tie-and-dye attire and looked pretty gorgeous. The actress posed for the cameras but was in a hurry to catch her flight.
