Pictures: Sushmita Sen radiates love at Charu Asopa and brother Rajeev Senâs baby shower

Sushmita Sen attended her brother and sister-in-law’s baby shower recently and showered much love on them. Rajeev Sen and Charu Asopa had confirmed that they are pregnant and had shared some lovely pictures on Instagram. Sushmita Sen attended the traditional ceremony in a baby pink salwar-kameez with her hair tied up in a bun. The lady of the moment, Charu Asopa was dressed in an intricate yellow and red lehenga while Rajeev Sen wore a simple beige kurta and pyjamas. 


During the ceremony, Sushmita blessed her brother Rajeev and his wife, Charu, and was also seen placing her hand on Charu’s baby bump while smiling broadly. "Having a baby is like falling in love again, both with your husband and your child. #babyshowerpictures,” Charu wrote in the caption and also revealed that the couple have moved into a new house. Charu had confirmed that she was pregnant in May this year.


"I remember I was shivering in the bathroom, and couldn’t even come outside for 15-20 minutes. Then I told Rajeev (Sen, husband) and he was also confused and didn’t know how to express. It was late at night, we didn’t know if we should tell the family then or wait until morning. Then we video called everyone at 12:30am, I wish I’d have recorded their expressions. They all were so happy,” she told a leading daily.
