Navratri Special 2022: The ninth day of Navratri is dedicated to the celebration of universal love, affection and harmony and of course no colour represents these feelings better than pink. The ninth day is the perfect occasion to get your pink traditionals out of the closet and embrace the beauty of this colour. If you're confused with what to pick, you can always take style inspiration from these bollywood beauties and their gorgeous ethnic outfits!


First of course we have Alia Bhatt's custom-made pink lehenga, that she wore for Diwali. The actress had decided to give her traditional look a meaningful addition, and her entire outfit was made entirely from waste materials only. Hand embroidered and sustainable, she gave the message of upcycling and preventing textile waste, making it truly an iconic outfit.


lehengas are gorgeous pieces, and they look even better in pink! That is exactly why almost every actress opts for a blush pink number when it comes to ghagras. Both Malaika Arora and Kiara Advani opted for sequinned options, with Kiara adding some feather detailing and Malaika choosing a ruffled dupatta.


Katrina Kaif experimented with her lehenga by choosing a white and pink colour palette and a floral paisley print, and it looked effortlessly beautiful. On the other hand, Ananya Pandey, Sara Ali Khan, Tara Sutaria, and Sonam Kapoor went for more classic silhouettes, each having their own personalised touch. Jacquline Fernandez's glitter sequinned lehenga also had to make it to this list, because it made her look like an absolute princess.


The stunning sister duo, Karishma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor both have worn beautiful pink sarees in the past, that had to make it to this list! Kareena's pastel pink zari-embroidered, organza saree which she wore for Ranbir and Alia's wedding celebrations is definitely a lesson in how to do drapes right, and Karishma's strong pink number which stuck to being traditional in every sense is also beautiful.
