Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma shoot for Sui Dhaaga in Mumbai

Mamta and Mauji, played by Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan respectively,  are set to impress the audience soon. The duo’s characters are very different from anything that they have played before. VD and Anushka will be playing the role of a tailor and embroider respectively and the audience is excited to watch them in a de-glam avatar this time around. Sui Dhaaga: Made in India is based on the lives that have been impacted by the Make in India initiative brought in by our current Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The shooting of the film has been going on since the beginning of the year, however now it has reached its last leg. We snapped Anushka and Varun in their character look in Mumbai as they shot for the film. A lot of people also gathered around the area where the shooting was taking place, yet the two actors continued enacting a travel scene. Take a look at the pictures of the duo as the shot on the streets of Mumbai. 

Sui Dhaaga is being directed by Sharat Kataria and produced by Yash Raj Films. It hits the theatres on September 28, 2018.
