Dilip Kumar… the name is enough to take you one a nostalgic trip down Indian Cinema’s most glorious years. He was the romance icon, the tragedy king and the charmer that had men and women swooning over his looks for decades. He was a brilliant actor and started the era of superstardom. 


He held the record of winning the most number of Filmfare Awards for Best Actor, later tying with Shah Rukh Khan at the number eight. He’s inspired a generation of actors and right from Amitabh Bachchan to the newcomers of today’s generation.  They all look up to him for his craft and the characters he played. 

We, at Filmfare got an opportunity to be in the presence of him and two other celebrated superstars of the film fraternity. Joining Dilip Kumar for a celebratory cover marking the 100 years of Hindi cinema, Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan posed for the cover of Filmfare, eight years ago. 

The photoshoot was something straight out of a dream. Watching the three men, candidly talking, posting for the camera and collectively representing the hundred year long journey… all of it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. 

As we grieve the loss of the legend today, here’s taking you back to some candid shots from the cover shoot that are sure to leave a smile and maybe a tear on your face.

We have heard this often that Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani who are super fitness freaks, get to cheat on their healthy meals on Sunday. The two in pre-Covid days used to often step out for Sunday lunch at their favourite eatery in Bandra. The actor was seen in his casual avatar opting for basic trousers and a white tee. But the girls set out for their dinner looking absolutely stunning and soaring the temperatures. Krishna Shroff who’s equally into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle opted for denim shorts and a tank top. Disha Patani flaunted her hourglass figure in a leopard printed crop top and a beige coloured skirt.  Tiger Shroff will soon start working on Heropanti 2, while Disha Patani has a release in the coming months...

There was a time when the airport looks gave us more glimpse into what is into fashion and what are the current trends more than the runway. Well, our celebrities always make sure that they are impeccably dressed when they step at the airport, to make sure that they make heads turn and look their best.  Well this weekend Ranveer Singh and Rakul Preet Singh both decided to jazz up their airport look. Ranveer Singh as usual went for a quirk twist to his attire. He had a branded zany attire with the perfect shades and his long hair completing the look.
